Can the pump withstand all DAKSHAMPOO® agents?

The pump works perfectly with almost all our products. However, some products, such as our quick cleaner and impregnating agents, are classified as aggressive, meaning this pump, like most other pumps, will be more susceptible to damage, resulting in a shorter lifespan. We still recommend using all these products, but keep in mind that the pump will need to be replaced sooner and will void the pump's warranty. When using our quick cleaner, it's important to rinse the pump and nozzles immediately afterward with clean water and then with 99% isopropanol. Our other milder products, such as algae remover, will not damage this pump.

Is it smart to share the system with my neighbors or purchase it together?

If you want to use the system occasionally or only a few times a year, it is a good idea to purchase it together with neighbors. Make good agreements about flushing the system so that no substances remain that can affect the pump and nozzles.

What is the best way to handle the telescopic handle?

When cleaning roof tiles or solar panels, we tend to extend the stone as much as possible in order to reach everything from the ground, for example. The disadvantage of this is that it is not very clear what is happening 10 meters away and everything is cleaned properly. Another disadvantage of extending the handle completely, especially with the fiberglass telescopic handle, is that it will bend more, which can cause the clamps to touch the roof tiles or solar panels. To prevent sagging, it helps not to extend the parts to the utmost, but to keep them retracted as much as possible. The shorter you extend the handle, the less it will sag. You can easily reach the lower parts of the roof from the ground and it is sometimes better to work on the higher parts of the roof from a ladder on the gutter. Or just from the ground, but be aware that the fiberglass handle sags more than the carbon handle and you must make a well-considered choice about how you want to work with it. And in places where you really need the full length, it is best to hold the lance a bit higher so that the lance will not touch the roof or the panels if it should sag. When cleaning the facades of your home, you can do this perfectly well up to about 11 meters from the ground and the handles hardly bend.

How far can I spray or mist with this system?

You can spray over any large roof with the nozzle adapter on the telescopic lance. Make sure there is not much wind so that the jet does not go in the wrong direction. We advise to extend the lance to approximately 5.5 meters so that it does not become too heavy to hold for a longer period of time.

What exactly is the brush needed for?

The brush ensures that the agent you are working with cannot end up everywhere around you, for example in the garden, but remains on the surface to be treated as much as possible. The brush helps to reach the entire roof or facade, even when there is a lot of wind, it also ensures that you can work more economically. The brush is suitable for facades, roof tiles, windows, solar panels and even your patio tiles.

How can I work as economically as possible?

Do not open the red tap fully but only just enough to start the pump. This way less fluid will flow through the hose, allowing you to work more economically.

Can another brush be used?

The system is quite universal. You can buy any brushes with the same type of water hoses and connect them to this system.

Can I order additional nozzles?

The nozzles are universal and available at various stores.

Can I order an additional pump or battery?

After purchasing the Roof Shampoo Basic Premium Spray Kit, you will receive all the necessary information to be able to order the right accessories from various stores later.

Can I pick up the Roof Shampoo Basic Premium Spray Kit or view it first?

We are a webshop and only deliver directly to the end user. The product is only visible on photos and videos.

Do you also supply the Roof Shampoo Basic Premium Spray Kit outside the Netherlands?

We also deliver to other countries such as Belgium, Germany, Poland and France. Shipping costs for certain countries must be requested first.

Can I, as a company, also get a discount on the Roof Shampoo Basic Premium Spray Kit?
