Wrong delivered
You are entitled to the correct product. After notification, the exchange must be completed within 30 days. Furthermore, this should not cost our customers any extra. While we do expect our customers to take the old products to the post office, they should not incur any shipping costs. We recommend returning the product in its original shipping packaging. DAKSHAMPOO will then choose whether to send a free shipping label for the customer to print themselves, or to refund the amount our customer paid to PostNL. Please return the products to:
