Removing green deposits from roof tiles
Mosses and algae often find ideal growing places on roof tiles, especially in dark and damp places. They attach themselves to the tiles and can penetrate the pores with their roots, making the roof tiles more brittle. Cracks and cracks can appear, leading to leaks and rot in the wood. User Manual
- Dilute Algae Remover to a use concentration of 25 ml per liter of water. 1:40. 1 part Algae Remover and 40 parts water.
- Apply evenly to the substrate by spraying, pouring, scrubbing or brushing with the diluted solution.
- Leave the product on for several days until the green deposits are gone. Do not rinse! Caution: do not spray or pour on plants and prevent product from reaching surface water at all times.

Product Description
Algae remover is a biocide based on a quaternary ammonium compound. Algae remover effectively kills and removes green deposits caused by algae, weeds and moss. Also provides long-term preventive protection against green deposits. Algae Remover can also be safely applied for killing bacteria and yeasts on surfaces and materials (disinfection). Algae Remover is a legally permitted biocide with approval number 16071N.
Application
Legal instructions for use: The use is permitted only as an agent for the following applications: To control green deposits. Treating paved surfaces and equipment adjacent to water courses when controlling green manure is not permitted. This agent is toxic to fish and other aquatic organisms. Prevent the liquid from reaching the surface water. For control of bacteria and yeasts on surfaces in areas intended for human residence. Also for the control of bacteria (excluding mycobacteria and bacterial spores) and yeasts on surfaces, which may come into contact with food and beverages and their raw materials, but excluding farm dairy equipment; Disclaimer: the instructions for use as described below must be adhered to.

Use to control and prevent green deposits on walls, roofs, tile paths, flagstones, tombstones, windows, sleepers, garden furniture, etc: – Dilute Algae Remover to a use concentration of 25 ml per liter of water. – Apply evenly to the surface by spraying, pouring, scrubbing or brushing with the diluted solution. – Allow the product to act for several days until the green deposits are gone. Do not rinse. – Caution: do not spray or pour on plants and at all times prevent product from reaching surface water.
Use to control and prevent green deposits on windows and materials in empty greenhouses and department stores:
Dilute Algae Remover to a use concentration of 25 ml per liter of water.
Apply evenly to the substrate by spraying or brushing thoroughly.
Allow the product to soak in for several days until the green deposits have disappeared. In connection with the absence of harmful after-effects of this product and the low residue, it is not necessary and should not be re-sprayed. This method of application will prevent the formation of green deposits for many months.
Use to control bacteria and yeasts on surfaces:
First thoroughly clean the surfaces and materials to be disinfected. Rinse off any cleaning agent used with clean water. Remove excess liquid. If treated surfaces or materials may come into contact with food and beverages, rinse thoroughly with water.
Dilute Algae Remover to an application concentration of 4 ml per liter of water.
Apply the diluted solution to the surface with a spray bottle or microfiber cloth and allow to take effect for at least 5 minutes.
Caution: Use of the product may result in the selection of strains of bacteria that are resistant to it.

Practical information
– Do not mix with other products. – The product becomes ineffective when in contact with soap or detergents. – Low temperatures and low sunlight may slow down the effectiveness, adjust the application time accordingly. – Keep pets away from treated areas while they are still moist. – Do not deviate from the instructions for use.
Storage and shelf life
Can be kept for at least 24 months in original unopened packaging. Store in a cool, frost-free and well-ventilated place.
Safety regulations
Highly toxic to aquatic organisms, with long-lasting effects. Causes severe burns and eye damage. Avoid skin and eye contact, wear suitable gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. When in doubt, always consult the safety data sheet or our R&D department.

What is the difference between the quick cleaner and the Algae Remover?
- The Quick Cleaner cleans quickly in seconds to minutes. The Algae Remover, on the other hand, cleans very slowly in days, weeks to months.
- The Quick Cleaner cleans both dry and damp surfaces. The Algae Remover, on the other hand, only cleans dry surfaces.
- The quick cleaner has a short application time of 60 seconds to 20 minutes. The Algae Remover, on the other hand, has a long incorporation time of 24-48 hours without the intervention of rain showers.
