Can the pump withstand all agents of DAKSHAMPOO®?

The pump is fine to use with almost all of our agents. However, some agents such as our quick cleaners and impregnating agents are classified as aggressive agents which will affect this pump as well as most other pumps and shorten its life span. Nevertheless, we simply recommend working with all of these agents but keep in mind that the pump needs to be replaced sooner and the warranty on the pump is void when using such agents. When using our quick cleaner, it is important to flush the pump and nozzles with clean water. Our other milder agents such as the algae remover and glass cleaner, for example, do not affect this pump.

Is it smart to share the system with my neighbors or purchase it together?

In case you want to use the system occasionally or only a few times a year, it is a good idea to purchase it together with neighbors. Do make proper arrangements for rinsing out the system so that no agents are left in it that can corrode the pump and nozzles.

What is the best way to handle the telescopic handle?

When cleaning roof tiles or solar panels, we tend to extend the stone as much as possible to reach everything from the ground, for example. The disadvantage of this is that it is not very easy to see what is happening 10 meters away and everything does get clean. Another disadvantage of extending the handle completely is that, especially with the fiberglass telescopic handle, it will sag more, causing it to hit the roof tiles or solar panels with the clamps. To prevent sagging it helps not to extend the parts to the limit, but to keep them retracted as much as possible. The shorter you extend the handle, the less it will sag. The lower parts of the roof you can easily reach from the ground and the higher parts on the roof it is sometimes better to work from a ladder on the gutter. Or just from the ground, but keep in mind the fiberglass handle sags more than the carbon handle and you need to make an informed choice about how you want to work with it. And in places where you really need the full length, it is best to hold the lance a little higher so that the lance will not hit the roof or panels if it sags. When cleaning facades on your house, you can do this from the ground up to about 11 meters and the stems will hardly bend.

How far can I spray or mist with this system?

You can spray over any large roof with the nozzle adapter on the telescopic lance. Just make sure there is not a lot of wind so the spray does not go the wrong way. We recommend extending the lance to about 5.5 meters so that it does not become too heavy to hold for an extended period of time.

What exactly is the brush for?

The brush ensures that the agent you are working with cannot get all around you in the garden, for example, but stays as much as possible on the surface to be treated. The brush helps to reach the entire roof or facade even if there is a lot of wind, it also ensures that more economical work can be done. The brush is suitable for facades, roof tiles, windows, solar panels and even your patio tiles.

How can I work as economically as possible?

Don’t open the red valve fully but only just enough that the pump turns on. This way, less liquid passes through the hose, allowing you to work more economically.

Can another brush be put on it?

The system is quite universal. You can purchase random brushes with the same type of water hoses and connect them to this system.

Can I reorder nozzles?

The nozzles are universal and available at various stores.

Can I reorder a pump or battery?
