ROOF SHAMPOO (with Chamber of Commerce number: 58685979) located at (8041 BL) Zwolle at Grote Voort 293a (hereinafter: DAKSHAMPOO) is responsible for the processing of data as intended and mentioned in this privacy statement.
DAKSHAMPOO is engaged in the marketing of products for the maintenance of roofs, facades and terraces. This marketing is done on the basis of closed purchase agreements. In order to be able to process these agreements, it is necessary for DAKSHAMPOO to process data.
This data that is processed may relate to orders and/or companies, but there may also be data on the basis of which individuals can be identified. This may include name and address details, delivery addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, bank account numbers and payment details.
Without this information, the correct order information cannot be linked to the correct customer account and contact information, making it impossible for Dakshampoo to properly fulfill the agreements.
With regard to marketing activities, the programs Google Analytics and Google AdWords are used. Data is also processed via these programs. This is in accordance with the legitimate interest that Dakshampoo has in this processing. These programs offer Dakshampoo the opportunity to investigate how (potential) customers can be approached with existing or new products.
Without the use of these programs, it is not feasible for Dakshampoo to conduct market research and appeal to existing and new customers.
When does Dakshampoo obtain the (personal) data?
Dakshampoo obtains this information when a (new) relationship seeks contact, whether or not via the Dakshampoo website, and this relationship provides information.
Where necessary, this data will be processed by Dakshampoo.
Google Analytics
For marketing purposes, Dakshampoo uses Google Analytics and Google Adwords. This enables Dakshampoo to conduct market research to a certain extent.
Google Analytics makes it possible to obtain information such as IP addresses that could potentially lead to the identification of any (natural) person. For this reason, this data also falls under the operation of the GDPR.
How long does Dakshampoo store (personal) data?
Under tax legislation, Dakshampoo is obliged to retain data related to orders for 7 years.
(Personal) data obtained in relation to a specific customer account will be stored by Dakshampoo until the customer relationship is explicitly terminated or ended by the customer. Dakshampoo considers it important to store this data for this period in order to provide targeted services tailored to the customer's wishes. After termination of the customer relationship, the (personal) data will be removed from Dakshampoo's systems within 12 months or modified in such a way that the data can no longer be traced back to a specific natural person.
Data obtained through the use of Google Analytics and/or Google Adwords will be deleted no later than 50 months after receipt. Dakshampoo considers this term to be reasonable, as it needs this period to be able to act on the outcome of the market research and to adjust the product range and policy accordingly.
(Personal) data that is not related to one of the above options will be deleted within 2 months of receipt or modified in such a way that the data can no longer be traced back to a specific natural person.
Who does Dakshampoo share the data with?
To ensure good service and business operations, Dakshampoo is required to engage third parties.
With regard to business operations
Dakshampoo uses the services and products of third parties. For example, in addition to using an external accountant, a party is engaged that provides services in the area of hosting and maintenance of the website. Internally, Dakshampoo uses Office 365 and similar programs for internal and external correspondence and planning.
These parties have (to a limited extent) access to the data of Dakshampoo's relations. Dakshampoo enters into a processing agreement with these parties to regulate the protection and use of this data.
Regarding the service
With regard to the services provided by Dakshampoo, parties are regularly used that help to facilitate the processing of agreements.
This could include external carriers that are used to deliver orders. These partners are provided with the data that is necessary for the proper handling of the agreement. Processing agreements are also entered into with these parties to regulate the protection and use of relationship data.
Other third parties
Without permission from Dakshampoo's relationship, no data will be shared with other third parties. The only exception to this is if Dakshampoo is required to do so by law.
Storage in EEA
The data is stored in the EU so that sharing the data with a country outside the EU is not necessary. An exception to this are the data that is stored via Google on one of their servers in a country outside the EU. For this Dakshampoo enters into a processing agreement with Google.
Unless Dakshampoo is obliged to do so on the basis of a legal provision, data will not be shared with (companies established in) a country outside the EU.
Data security
Dakshampoo takes care of organizational and technical measures to secure (personal) data. For example, the hosting party looks at the security of the data received after using the webshop and a good firewall and anti-virus software are used. Where possible, two-step verification is used to additionally secure the login.
Third party websites
This privacy statement does not apply to third party websites that are connected to Dakshampoo by means of links (or otherwise). Dakshampoo cannot guarantee that these parties will handle (personal) data in the desired manner. It is recommended that you consult the privacy statement of these third parties if desired to check how they handle data.

Right of access
You have the right to inspect the data that Dakshampoo has available about you.
Right to correction, restriction and deletion
