DAKSHAMPOO (with KvK number: 58685979) established in (8041 BL) Zwolle at the address Grote Voort 293a (hereinafter: DAKSHAMPOO) is the data controller as referred to and mentioned in this privacy statement. DAKSHAMPOO is engaged in marketing products for the maintenance of roofs, facades and terraces.
This marketing is done on the basis of closed purchase agreements. In order to handle these agreements, it is necessary for DAKSHAMPOO to process data.
This data being processed may relate to orders and/or businesses, but may also include data on the basis of which individuals can be identified. This may include name and address, delivery addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, bank account numbers and payment information.
Without this information, the correct order information cannot be linked to the correct customer account and contact information, making it impossible for Dakshampoo to properly fulfill agreements.
With regard to marketing activities, the programs Google Analytics and Google AdWords are used. Data are also processed through these programs. This pursuant to the legitimate interest Dakshampoo has in this processing. This is because these programs offer Dakshampoo the opportunity to investigate how (potential) customers can be addressed with existing or new products. Without the use of these programs, it is not feasible for Dakshampoo to conduct market research and address existing and new customers.
When does Dakshampoo obtain the (personal) data
Dakshampoo obtains this data when contact is sought by a (new) relation, whether or not via Dakshampoo's website, and data is provided by this relation. Where necessary, these data will be processed by Dakshampoo.
Google Analytics
For marketing purposes Dakshampoo uses Google Analytics and Google Adwords. This makes it possible for Dakshampoo to do market research to a certain extent.
With Google Analytics, it is possible to obtain information such as IP addresses that could potentially lead to the identification of any (natural) person. For this reason, this data also falls under the scope of the AVG.
For how long Dakshampoo keeps (personal) data
According to tax laws, Dakshampoo is obliged to keep data related to orders for 7 years. (Personal) data that has been obtained with respect to a certain customer account will be kept by Dakshampoo until the customer relationship is explicitly terminated by the customer. Dakshampoo considers it important to keep this data for this period of time in order to provide targeted services that are tailored to customer needs. After termination of the customer relationship, the (personal) data will be removed from Dakshampoo's systems within 12 months or modified in such a way that the data can no longer be traced back to a specific natural person.
Data obtained through the use of Google Analytics and/or Google Adwords will be deleted no later than 50 months after receipt. Dakshampoo argues that this period of time is reasonable, as it needs this period of time to act on the outcome of the market investigation and adjust its product range and policies accordingly.
(Personal) data that does not relate to any of the above options will be deleted within 2 months of receipt or modified in such a way that the data can no longer be traced back to a specific natural person.
With whom Dakshampoo shares data
For a good service and business operation Dakshampoo is obliged to involve third parties.
With regard to the management
Dakshampoo uses the services and products of third parties.
For example, in addition to using an outside accountant, a party is engaged to provide hosting and website maintenance services. Internally, Dakshampoo uses Office 365 and similar programs for the purpose of internal and external correspondence and planning. These parties have (limited) access to the data of Dakshampoo's relations. Dakshampoo enters into a processing agreement with these parties to regulate the protection and use of these data.
About the services
With respect to Dakshampoo's services, Dakshampoo regularly makes use of parties that help facilitate the processing of agreements.
Thought could be given to outside carriers being used to deliver the orders. These partners are provided with the data necessary for the proper handling of the agreement. Processor agreements are also entered into with these parties to govern the protection and use of relationship data.
Other third parties
No data will be shared with other third parties without the consent of Dakshampoo's customer. The only exception to this is if Dakshampoo is required to do so by a legal provision.
Storage in the EEA
The data is stored in the EU so that sharing the data with a country outside the EU is not necessary.
The exception is data stored through Google on one of their servers in a country outside the EU. For this Dakshampoo enters into a processing agreement with Google. Without Dakshampoo being obliged to do so under a legal provision, data will not be shared with (companies established in) a country outside the EU.
Security of Data
Dakshampoo takes care of organizational and technical measures to secure (personal) data.
This includes working with the hosting party to ensure security of the data received after using the web shop and using a good firewall and anti-virus software. Where possible, two-step verification is used to provide additional security for login.
Third party websites
This Privacy Statement does not apply to third-party websites that are connected to Dakshampoo by means of links (or otherwise). Dakshampoo cannot guarantee that these parties handle (personal) data in the desired way. It is recommended that you consult the privacy statements of these third parties, if desired, to verify how they handle data.

Right of inspection
This gives you the right to inspect the data Dakshampoo has available about you.
