Consumer cancellation
Individuals have the right to return the unopened and unused product within 14 days of purchase. This period starts when you receive the goods. For B2B (Business customers), no right of withdrawal is applicable. It is mandatory to first communicate your wish to return within 14 days of purchase and await our response. You can register your return via our contact form on the contact page or by sending an email to info@dakshampoo-shop.nl. The address for returning products varies by product. Business customer cancellation
No right of withdrawal applies to B2B (Business customers). It is not permitted to unilaterally refuse ordered products and have them returned. All costs incurred will be passed on.
- Professional Purchasing Decisions: Business customers are considered more knowledgeable and experienced when making purchases and entering into contracts. They often have more resources and expertise to make informed decisions.
- Contractual Freedom: B2B transactions are seen as contracts between equal parties. It is assumed that companies are better able to negotiate terms and conclude contracts among themselves without the need for additional protection by right of withdrawal.
- Economic Damage and Efficiency: For large business orders, revocations can cause significant economic damage and inefficiency for the seller. Excluding the right of withdrawal helps mitigate these risks.
- Legal Regulations and Requirements: Consumer protection laws are specifically designed to protect the weaker party in a transaction, usually the consumer. Businesses do not need such protections because they are often better able to defend their own interests.
- Practical Considerations: Allowing businesses the right of withdrawal would lead to more complex administrative processes and higher costs for businesses. Excluding the right of withdrawal would reduce the administrative burden.
This means business customers must be careful when making purchases and entering into contracts because they have less legal protection than consumers.
Delivered incorrectly
You are entitled to the correct product. After notification, the exchange must be done within 30. Moreover, our customer should not have any additional cost for this. Of course, we expect our customers to still drive to the post office with the old products, but they should not have any costs from that shipping. We recommend returning the product in its original shipping packaging. Then we at DAKSHAMPOO make the choice whether to send a shipping label free of charge that the customer has to print out himself or to refund money for the amount our customer lost at PostNL. Notes and instructions regarding your delivery
A permission to leave it at the door without someone present or any such instructions must be entered during the ordering process only. After your order is shipped, we cannot provide the delivery driver with these instructions in time.
