Delivery times
The delivery times stated below are intended as indication and days always mean business days.
- Fast cleaner shipments> Ordered before 07.00am = shipped same day.
- Pick up quick cleaner> Ordered before 07.00am = pick up from 10am on the same day
- Algae Remover > ordered before 07.00am = shipped the same day
- Get Sticky Shampoo > ordered before 07.00am = shipped the same day
- Impregnating agents > ordered before 07.00am = shipped the same day
- Roof scrapers > ordered before 07.00am = shipped the same day
- Roof coating > ordered before 07.00am = shipped the same day (3 working days)
- Roof coating samples > ordered before 07.00am = shipped the next day (3 working days)
- Aluper products > ordered before 07.00am = shipped the next day
Dakshampoo never makes fixed delivery dates or times unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Do not order your aerial work platform, professional personnel, etc. until the products have been received. Delivery is subject to transport damage, loss, delays, etc.

QUICK CLEANER / ALGAE REMOVER:
- From 1 litre = ADR shipment, dangerous goods.
- Delivery on a specific desired day Mon-Fri to be stated in the notes.
- Please call or text 30 minutes before delivery to indicate this in the notes, only in the Netherlands.
- Tracking information is automatically sent by the carrier. If you don't receive tracking information within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer service immediately.
- Not at home fine: Netherlands: €35,- / Belgium: €45,- / Germany: €55,-
- Will not be delivered in a parcel box or left outside as ADR shipments require a signature.
- In case of refusal/return there will be a fine of €50.
ROOF COATING & primer from 75 kg:
- Delivery on a pallet.
- No track and trace.
- Carrier will contact you by phone, text message or email before delivery.
- Delivery not possible, in case of refusal or no response €120 extra costs.
ROOF COATING & primer up to 75 kg:
- Delivery by parcel service.
- Track and trace on request.
- Delivery not possible, in case of refusal or no response €50,- extra costs / samples €25,-
Please note! Ordering implies acceptance of the above terms and conditions. Dakshampoo is only the shipper, not the carrier. For shipments with Track & Trace, the recipient must always contact the carrier directly to request the exact date and time of delivery. If the shipment is lost or damaged due to the carrier's fault, Dakshampoo will arrange a new shipment.
Consumer cancellation
Private individuals have the right to return the unopened and unused product within 14 days after purchase. This period starts when you receive the goods. For B2B (Business customers) no right of withdrawal applies.
It is mandatory to first report your wish to return within 14 days after purchase and wait for our answer. You can register your return via our contact form on the contact page or by sending an e-mail to info@dakshampoo-shop.nl.
The address for returning products varies per product. Some products are shipped from abroad. Always consult our customer service first.

Cancellation business customer
For B2B (Business customers) there is no right of withdrawal. It is not permitted to unilaterally refuse ordered products and have them returned. All costs incurred will be passed on.
The absence of a right of withdrawal in B2B (Business-to-Business) transactions is due to the nature of these transactions and the assumed knowledge and professionalism of the parties involved. Here are some important reasons why the right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers:
- Professional Purchasing Decisions: Business customers are considered to have more knowledge and experience when making purchases and entering into contracts. They often have more resources and expertise to make informed decisions.
- Contractual Freedom: B2B transactions are seen as contracts between equal parties. It is assumed that companies are better able to negotiate terms and agreements with each other without the need for additional protection through the right of withdrawal.
- Economic Damage and Efficiency: For large corporate orders, withdrawals can cause significant economic damage and inefficiency for the seller. Excluding the right of withdrawal helps to limit these risks.
- Legal Regulations and Regulations: Consumer protection laws are specifically designed to protect the weaker party in a transaction, usually the consumer. Businesses do not need such protections, as they are often better able to protect their own interests.
- Practical Considerations: Allowing a right of withdrawal for businesses would lead to more complex administrative processes and higher costs for businesses. By excluding the right of withdrawal, the administrative burden remains limited.
This means that business customers must be careful when making purchases and entering into contracts, as they have less legal protection than consumers.
Business customer? Please note! You cannot automatically return products. Business customers do not have a right of withdrawal. Always consider your order and quantities professionally and carefully!
Wrongly delivered
You are entitled to the correct product. After notification, the exchange must be completed within 30 days. Furthermore, our customer may not incur any additional costs for this. Of course, we expect our customers to drive to the post office with the old products, but they may not incur any costs for this shipping. We advise you to return the product in the original shipping packaging. At DAKSHAMPOO, we then decide whether to send a shipping label free of charge that the customer must print out themselves or whether we refund the amount that our customer paid to PostNL. Notes and instructions regarding your delivery
A permission to leave it at the door without anyone present or such instructions must be entered exclusively during the ordering process. After your order has been shipped, we can no longer give the delivery person these instructions in time.
Business orders with a discount
Companies can apply for a business account by sending a request to info@dakshampoo-shop.nl.
Conditions:
- Your company officially provides services such as; roof cleaning, facade cleaning or terrace cleaning.
- The products are used to provide services to third parties.
- The discounts will apply to subsequent orders after your account has been approved.
- Previous orders will never be settled retroactively.
- The discounts only apply to the packaging entered into the system; roof coating, impregnating agents, cleaning agents and cleaning agents>additives.

Roof shampoo is a supplier and trainer in the field of roof, facade and terrace cleaning and maintenance. We can give you excellent advice on the right products to use based on our experiences. Dakshampoo has years of experience in the professional execution of various activities such as cleaning, impregnating and coating. Dakshampoo supplies both companies and individuals. Companies are eligible for a wholesale account.
Everything for the do-it-yourselfer
Experience how easy it is to renovate your roof, facade and terrace yourself and order the necessary products or E-books with useful information directly in our webshop. Orders can of course also be placed by e-mail or by telephone. We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium as standard. On request we also deliver to all other countries, but please note that our webshop is not set up for this.
Only products that we use ourselves
Roof shampoo sells only products that we work with ourselves and can provide explanations about based on our own experiences. This way you can be sure that you are ordering a really good product that other professionals also work with. Reinventing the wheel is unnecessary. All this saves you a lot of time and money. First and foremost, we supply products that are manufactured in the EU. European products are also much more reliable because we are often in direct contact with the producer and therefore in most cases know exactly what material is used.
