Aluminum: the best material for gutter grilles
We work exclusively with aluminum grilles (AP23, AP55 of AP77). Why?
✓ Durable and maintenance-free – no rust, no discoloration
✓ Resistant to extreme temperatures – from frost to bright sunshine
✓ Easy to cut to size – with regular iron shears or angle grinder
✓ Can be mounted on all types of gutters – also on valley gutters and difficult corners
✓ Recyclable and lightweight – easy to lift and handle
Practical tip: The grilles overlap by at least 20 mm. This creates a seamless, sealed cover. When installing, ensure proper overlap and secure fastening.
Gutter grille in valley gutters: the solution for the most difficult to reach gutters
Gutters. You know them: the gutters in the valleys of your roof, where two roof surfaces meet. They're deep, narrow, and often installed against a steep slope. They are also the biggest troublemakers on your roof. Leaves and needles accumulate in these very spots. It's precisely here that it's nearly impossible to clean them properly. And it's precisely here that most water damage occurs, because blockages overflow most quickly.

Works fine, but I expected it to be a bit more powerful

Works excellent, but it is important to apply a (super)thin layer to troweled concrete.

Still have to do it, but you won't know for sure if it's effective for a few years. For now, a 5-star rating.

Touch the holes not hidden?
No. And here's why:
● The grilles can always be removed if necessary (but that is almost never).● Even when they are overloaded with leaves, rainwater simply drains away.
In heavy rainfall, water always overflows at the front. No chance of leakage behind the gutter.
🎯 What have we learned in 12 years of experience?
● Clean your roof Every few years, use Roof Shampoo Algae Remover. This will not only keep your roof clean, but also the vents.
● It is allowed They look quite dirty. Debris on the grates isn't a problem; the water simply drains away.
● In all those Never had any complaints about clogged grilles in years.
● Close gaps Always clean carefully. Debris can get through there.
Step by step: How to install gutter grilles yourself
Step 1: Measure your gutter
Measure the length of your gutter. Order by the linear meter, plus a small overlap of 2-3 cm per piece.
Step 2: Choose the right profile
Not every gutter is the same. View our product pages or send us a photo of your gutter profile. We'll advise you on which grille fits best.
Step 3: Order and receive
You can easily order online. You'll receive the schedules at home within a few days, including a free, practical manual.
Step 4: Cut to size
Aluminum is easy to cut. Use shears or an angle grinder. Cut them slightly shorter than the gutter so they fit neatly into place later.
Step 5: Place and overlap
Place the gratings in the gutter with an overlap of at least 20 mm. This creates continuous protection.
Step 6: Seal gaps
Check for gaps at corners or end pieces. Seal these with, for example, caulk or a piece of mesh, to prevent leaves and animals from getting through.
Step 7: Done!
Your gutters are now protected for years to come. No more climbing a ladder in the fall. No more clogged downspouts. Just enjoy.
